We can deliver to another address to that of the billing address but please note that extra documentation may be needed to comply with such orders.

Shipping has a minimal charge on all orders delivered within the UK. Goods are only dispatched Monday to Friday, if delivery is required before 1pm, for 2 day delivery (Mon-Fri) the order must be placed before 2:30pm on a working day and an additional charge will be made. Delivery outside the UK will incur a shipping and handling fee.

If nobody is in when delivery takes place, a card will be left at your delivery address. Simply call the telephone number printed on the card to arrange for re-delivery or collection.

In most cases we will deliver goods within 2 to 5 days, if ordered before 2:30pm GMT on a working day, to most UK addresses.

Once you have submitted an order with payment, we aim to deliver the goods in 2 - 5 days (Mon - Fri). Unfortunatley Royal Mail cannot guarantee a Saturday delivery.

If you have paid for next working day delivery you can, under normal circumstances, expect to receive goods before 1 p.m. on the next working day providing the order was placed before 2:30pm on a working day. We cannot be held liable for any deliveries that do not arrive within this time frame.

Goods that are awaiting stock are usually dispatched within two weeks and we will keep you informed by email.
